On 10 December 2024, a call option for 613,152 shares in ULTIMA CAPITAL SA was exercised by Alpine Holding Kft., which results, based on the relevant agreements, in 4 remaining call and put options for an aggregate of 1,724,917 shares, corresponding to 12.02% of the capital and voting rights in Ultima Capital SA. The call options are exercisable by Alpine Holding Kft. until 10 December 2025, each at a price of CHF 84.00 or, after 10 June 2025, CHF 86.50 per share.
